Kyle Evans Miller!

Well, my baby brother is 12 now. *sigh! When he was about 5 1/2 I found out I was going to have a little sister. I was so excited. I had prayed and cried for a little sister. But I told myself I could never stop kissing and hugging Kyle like I always did. He was my little guy. Guess what, when my sister was born, he grew up, and she was my little person now. Sad kinda. I Don't think he minded that I stopped chasing him around the house wanting a hug because I thought he was SO cute. But my promise to myself was broken, unaware. But that's OK. We just relate in a different way now. (rightly so :)) He looks like his dad so much. And when it comes to pictures, no teeth showing, just like dad! He is So ORNERY!!! Honestly, wow, yeah. That which is definitely from his dad. He likes to dress up and take pictures of himself. What would a boy dress up in? fake goatees, hats, sunglasses etc.! He enjoys quality time. I can talk to him so well, if I take the time. Basketball is his game. He goes on line to find good slams and jokes. Yeah, he is that ornery! :) One of his favorite new-found slams recently is: "Your so short that when it rains you the last one to find out!" he he! He even tells this to his MUCH taller friends just because he likes it so much! :) He is compassionate. When he was little he used to want to pray for the people in Africa. His personality is not as much like dad, more like mom I think. Although, of course, God has given him his own special one! He goes for the hurting, unless it's a hurting brother during a wrestling session! :) I once posted a picture on facebook of him and someone said this: "there's a sweet sincerity about that guy." :) I think it describes him perfectly!

Dad shears his thoughts before prayer! :) Cream soda. Boys much?Air soft was the game they played for hours. (between food brakes! :)) Here is Kyle and Raven in defending their team. This little lady went around picking up all of their BBs! They said there was probably several thousand of them in our yard! :)Here they all are. Such interesting boys with different personalities. So funny how they don't seem to mind at all posing for such pictures! :)

I'm glad God gave me Kyle. I'm glad he's growing up, even if that's also scary. When he's in the Lord's hands, I have no need of worry, just to be excited about what God has for him. This I need to remember when we see which one is tallest and he comes out on the up side. :)
